Toshiba Semiconductor, released on April 27, CF card "EXCERIA PRO" for digital SLR

 

The product corresponding to

"Video Performance Guarantee Profile 2 (VPG-65)" 

of the latest standard of high-speed video recording 

which Compact Flash Association developed supports 

the video transfer speed of up to 65MB/s 

with a digital SLR camera equipment compatible to the same standard. 

By using the high-performance NAND flash memory of the company, 

being equipped with the firmware of the original development, 

achieved a writing speed of up to 150MB /s 

and a reading speed of up to 160MB /s. 

In compliance with the latest Compact Flash Association specification Ver.6.1, 

it supports high-speed interface standard "UDMA 7".
