Canon, digital SLR "EOS 70D" equipped with AF speed-up in Live View shooting & Wi-Fi built-in.

Canon released digital single-lens reflex camera "EOS 70D"
that equips such advanced functions as Wi-Fi built-in while raising shooting performance 
and the image quality by the new AF "dual pixel CMOS AF".

"EOS 70D" is positioned as a model that connects between the top model "7D" 
and the low model, "EOS Kiss series" 
and mirror-less SLR "EOS M". Products with advanced functions 
and high basic performance, providing a world of new single-lens reflex.

It is featured that it refurbished devices such as image sensor 
and video engine from the conventional model of "EOS 60D"
and adopted new technology "Dual Pixel CMOS AF”
that evolved AF performance during Live View shooting / Movie shooting, 
and equipped with Wi-Fi built-in and available linkage operation 
by smartphone app in the " EOS Remote " As for Image sensor, 
newly developed CMOS sensor of about effective 2,020-megapixel APS-C size 
and for video engine, adopted "DIGIC 5 +" . 

It realized a high-speed continuous shooting of maximum approx. 

7 frames / second, and the common ISO sensitivity of ISO12800 (extension ISO25600), 
that is available also for shooting that maintains to suppress noise.
