Sony, high magnification zoom "RX10" in luxury compact digital camera "RX Series"

Sony, release "DSC-RX10" equipped with 1.0-inch back-illuminated CMOS sensor 

and a high-magnification zoom lens of 24mm ~ 200mm in 35mm equivalent 

as a new Premium model of "RX Series" for compact digital camera "Cyber-shot".

It is equipped with a 1.0-inch "Exmor R" CMOS sensor of about 2,020 effective megapixels. 

Adopting the telephoto zoom lens of 24mm ~ 200mm in 35mm terms is in a big feature. 

It is equipped with Carl Zeiss Vario Sonnar T lens 

that realized the open F value 2.8 in the whole area. 

Composed of seven aspherical lens including advanced aspherical lens 

"AA (Advanced aspherical) lens" to satisfactorily correct the various aberrations accordingly.
