"EOS Kiss X7", realized the world's smallest 

and lightest model as a digital single-lens reflex camera equipped 

with an imaging device with APS-C size sensor, 

size approx.116.8W × 90.7H × 69.4D( mm), 

weight approx. 370g (only body). 

5APS-C size sensor, equipped with about 18 million pixels 

MOS sensor and the image engine DIGIC, 

it realizes the continuous shooting of a maximum of approx. four frames per second.

When a live view shooting, 

or when movie shooting, it adopts a newly developed “Hybrid CMOS AF II”. 

In about 80% of area of the image display range, 

allowing the combination of the phase difference AF 

by contrast AF and CMOS sensor,

 it allows the fast focusing by ranging areas wider than the conventional.
